Rev. Dr. Joseph F. White
Missionary to Zambia
Rev. Dr. Joseph F. White was born on the 29th of June 1974 in a quarter called Bellah in the Sub
Division of Fontem, Lebialem Division, South West Province of Cameroon. From a royal family
of 74 children for the father, he is the second son among the 6 children of his mother. At the age
of four, he was separated from sphere of parental care due to so many problems that occurred
in the family between the father and the mother's family and as such he lived all his life out of
his father and mother's care.
He gave his life to Christ in the month of June 1993 and while he was taking his final year
examination, the Lord appeared to him in the examination hall telling him he had nothing to
do with education, that He has called him "to train, equip and give direction to the saints towards
the fulfillment of their lives and ministerial destinies." For the period of three years he tried to run
away from the call to the pursuit of educational excellence but every time he tried to seek after
education, things goes wrong about him.
In 1994, after discovering the need to do the will of God, he went to Missions and World
Evangelism Bible College under Bishop Joseph Israel James in Douala Cameroon and in 1995,
he had a scholarship for a Bible School and he left for Nigeria where he studied at Faith Bible
Institute under Bishop Sam Amaga in Port Harcourt where he obtained a Diploma in Applied
Theology. After being in full time ministry for the period of about 4 years, he later left for Lagos
for another training with the Zion College of Divinity and obtained a Diploma in Divinity.
As the call of God was so pronounced in his life, in the month of June 1993 he opened the
first church in a village called Ekombe in Meme Division and later handed it over to the Apostolic
Mission, and in 1995 after his return from Faith Bible Institute, Port Harcourt, Nigeria, he was
commissioned to open a church in Mutengene by the ministry he was working with - The
Restoration Power Bible Church. In his pursuit for excellent ministerial work he then left for
Nigeria again and worked with the Zion Outreach Ministries where he planted a church in Engu
state and raised many churches from scrap to well established churches. He has served as a
National Superintendent, A National Administrator, a church planter, a pastor and a Bible
School teacher.
In December 1999 he was sent to Cameroon as the National Superintendent of the ministry
and later as the National Administrator where he served faithfully until his departure, to face
the next phase of his ministerial calling.
According to the move of God in his life, in January 2000, he entered into front line Missions
and Ministerial training programs, organizing school of ministry programs, ministers and leaders
conferences, crusades, seminars and other leadership programs for the training, equipping and
directing the saints towards the fulfillment of their lives and ministerial destinies. He has been able
to produce many pastors some of which are in USA, Nigeria and Cameroon faithfully serving
the Lord.
His first ministers and leadership conference was held in a place called Tombel in the South
West Province of Cameroon in April 2000 and he latter moved to Britam Gabon in June same year
for the same program where he spent two months in the training and teaching of Christian leaders
and ministers. The programs followed suit until January 2004 when it pleased the Lord to take him
into a new dimension of ministerial work. The Lord spoke to him to seek for a man who he will be
subject to, obedient to and be loyal to as a mentor and later in February, while praying and seeking
the face of God on the next step to take in his ministerial life, the Lord spoke to him to choose Dr.
Joseph I. James as his father and mentor in the ministry.
Being a man who has always dared to serve the Lord and has always been obedient to the Lord,
he then decided to write to Bishop Joseph Israel James immediately telling him the leading of the Lord
in his life and without any delay there was an arrangement for a meeting which we met and today I
am gladly serving and working under a man God has tied our destinies and dreams together.
He was appointed in 2004 as the Director of Programs with the Afrique Missions Aflame International
Network, the Director of Dominion Vision Bible Training Institute (Vision 37 - Dominion Army) - a
training arm of the Dominion Faith International Missions where the saints are trained on how to
discover their hidden potentials and using them to do exploits in the body of Christ, he is also a
member of Union Gospel Ministerial Association under the leadership of Bishop Joseph Israel James
and Arise Ministries International USA under the leadership of Bishop Vance Russelle, a network of
ministers and ministries. Just like his Father, Dr. James, he believes we are in the age where the church
has to focus more on missions and do it at all cost.
Dr. White is a young man with much insight on the word of God and teaches with a lot
of motivation, inspiration and revelations causing the saints to see into the reality of the word of
God in their day to day living. His ministrations are always accompanied by the manifestation of
God's glory and power, and the manifestation of the gift of the Holy Spirit with many signs, wonders,
and miracles. His work with his spiritual father and mentor, Apostle Joseph James has added more
glory and splendor into his ministerial life and he finds full joy, happiness and fulfillment in
his life as a minister more than ever before. He is a church planter, a missionary, administrator
based on what the Lord is using him to do.
Dr. White has written two unpublished books - "LEADERSHIP IN TODAY'S MINISTRY" which
is a book filled with a lot of inspiration, and revelations on today's leadership, containing over
35 keys to successful leadership. In this book, he shares his ten years experience as a young
minister, teacher of the word and leader of the people. It is a book every leader should get a copy
of! As well as "THE ART OF MISSIONS TODAY."
In August 2005 the Lord appeared to him during a 5 day fasting and prayers and showed
him the world map with people of the world surrounding the map in pains, afflictions, suffering,
sicknesses, bondage, and all sort of troubles. In this revelation, the Lord turned the side facing
Africa and said to him "son I am taking you into the world to liberate these people free from all
their captivities" beginning from Africa. Dr. White asked the Lord, "Father to go to these nations
I need visa, money and other things," most of all at that time he was praying to God for his
marriage and he told the Lord he needed to get married so that the wife will assist him.
The
Lord said to him "son I have already prepared all for you all you need is to begin." As he was
planning to travel to france, few days ahead, the Lord spoke to him again and said "son
remember I told you I will sort things out my way now it is time to move but you will not buy
the ticket for France but for Zambia. There I have prepared a work for you" he obeyed and in
December 21st 2005 he left for Zambia where he is currently running a branch of a bible
college under (MAWEBCO) Missions And World Evangelism Bible College and (KHBCS)
Kingdom Harvest Bible College And Seminary.
He is also currently working on the establishment
of Dominion Faith International Missions in Livingstone Zambia where he resides.
As a result of his dynamism in the work of the Lord, in June 2006 he was awarded a
Doctorate degree in Missions by Kingdom Harvest Bible College & Seminary Indiana, USA.
God answered his prayers and blessed him with a wonderful and beautiful wife in Zambia
who is helping him in pursuing the vision God has given him. In Zambia, he is the secretary
of New Generations International, arm of Church Planting Movement from USA and South
Africa.
